- A través de PANEL DE CONTROL> DISPOSITIVOS E IMPRESORAS comprueba que la impresora está activa.
- Se ha desconfigurado los parámetros de corte de la impresora:
Haz clic con el botón derecho del ratón y selecciona PREFERENCIAS DE IMPRESIÓN> DOCUMENT SETTING
Configurar los siguientes parámetros…
En el botón “At the beginning of the page” el valor back feed debe estar en 10
El botón ”At the end of the page” el valor feed debe estar en 20, y en paper cut en Partial CutA
Entrando en el botón “At the beginning of print”, deben aparecer los siguientes parámetros.
