Gold Partner

It is not just a commercial partner but also of Implementation, Consulting and Support. This type of partnership implies that the Partner obtains the 30% of the billing, so aTurnos bills the Partner the 70% of the 100% of the cost of the service.

Advantage:

  • The partner maintains a close relationship with its clients and with aTurnos at the same time.
  • He understands to perfection the needs of the end customer and can transmit them to aTurnos.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the tool and participate in testing processes and development of new functionalities.

Silver Partner

The Silver Partner is purely a commercial partner. This partner is in charge of getting clients interested in the tool, but the implementation, consulting and support is carried out by aTurnos or another Gold Partner. This type of partner obtains 10-15% of the billing, so aTurnos bills the Partner the 85-90% of the 100% of the cost of the service.

Advantage:

  • Thanks to the aTurnos partner network, consulting, implementation and support services can be outsourced.
  • This type of Partner does not have to acquire deep knowledge of our tools.

Technological Partner

A technological partner provides a service (tool or platform) or product (biometric terminals, screens, etc.), which complements the services of aTurnos. In this case, the billing depends on the product or service that is offered.

Advantage:

  • The partner manages to expand its network of potential clients and accelerate commercialization.
  • Greater investment in technological developments and improvements based on joint collaboration.
  • This type of collaboration allows both parties to work together to offer the client a unique solution but without losing sight of each one`s own core business.
